We will gather in our sanctuary for the Erev (Eve of) Tisha B’Av service.

Tisha B’Av is a solemn Jewish day of mourning and fasting, commemorating the destruction of the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem and other tragic events in Jewish history. It is a time for reflection, abstaining from food and certain activities, and coming together as a community to remember and honor their heritage.

In this service, the Book of Lamentations (Megillat Eicha) will be read by members of our community.
