SUMMARY:Interfaith Family Conversation
DESCRIPTION:This free event is the first in a series for people in interfaith families or relationships*.  The goal is to create space for couples or individuals from interfaith families to connect\, learn and support each other.  This event is for jewish and/or ‘adjacent’ individuals of any religious background. \nWe will meet Sunday\, June 4 at 9:15 for coffee and bagels and a guided small group ‘check-in\,’ followed by a facilitated discussion about the interfaith family experience.\n \nThis program will be co-facilitated by Rachel Jolly\, Michael Schaal and Brett Smith. \nThanks to our grant from the National Center to Encourage Judaism\, we can provide childcare and food at no cost. \n*By interfaith families\, we are referring to folks who are part of families or relationships in which one party is Jewish and another is not.  This includes those in multi-heritage families.  Those who are Jews by choice are welcome as well. \nPlease Register Here \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*This event was rescheduled from April 16. \nFuture events are in development.  We have tentatively planned a summer outdoor family gathering and a fall event focused on the “December Dilemma Delight: Navigating Winter Holidays.”  But we’ll be flexible: future events will take shape from our attendee feedback.
