DESCRIPTION:The Shalom Shuk’s early summer sale is May 28 – June 1. All shoes will be priced at $10 or below in the newly expanded shoe department and explore our wonderful collection of summer clothing for women\, men and children. \nThe Shalom Shuk is more than a thrift store. They call it a ‘Market Place of Peace’ offering a dignified shopping experience for all\, with subsidized goods for immigrants\, unhoused people and others in need through a voucher program with fellow nonprofit partners. Come help support our mission by shopping or donating gently used clothing. Currently accepting gently used summer clothing. \nThe Shuk is located behind the Ohavi Zedek Synagogue at 188 North Prospect Street in Burlington. Open 10-4 Sunday thru Friday. Closed Saturdays.

DESCRIPTION:Our Shabbat morning service is traditional egalitarian with new melodies and kavannot (spiritual intentions) introduced and incorporated. \nFollowing services\, we often host a Kiddush – a lunch donated by synagogue members or b mitzvah families\, where all are welcome. Saturday morning services begin at 9:15 AM.

DESCRIPTION:Led by community member Peggy Price\, RYT-200\, and creator of Yoga Body\, Jewish Mind. \nClass with be held in the OZ Yurt and will start with mindfulness breathing exercises\, slow flow\nyoga\, and concludes with a discussion and chevruta (partner) discussion of a Jewish text. \nThis is a multi-level yoga class perfect for beginners and experienced yogis.\nNo Hebrew or background knowledge is required. \nPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle\, yoga mat (and a yoga block if you have one). \nAttend just one or both of the classes; participants are invited to OZ’s kiddush lunch after the class. \n\n  \nREGISTER

Known for musical excellence and adventurous programming\, Collegium performs a diverse repertoire—from choral masterworks and historical pieces to folk music\, student commissions\, and contemporary compositions. Under the direction of Dr. Andrew G. Clark and Dr. Hana J. Cai\, the group has earned national acclaim for its “thrilling and deeply moving” sound (Boston Musical Intelligencer) and tours across the Northeast and internationally. \n \nThe student-run ensemble of 40 undergraduates represents a wide range of academic disciplines and is united by a shared passion for choral music and community.
