DESCRIPTION:Discover the rich flavors and traditions of Sephardi and Mizrahi Jewish cuisine in this hands-on cooking series led by Elliot Sion of The Wise Fool. \nElliot grew up in a Middle Eastern Jewish household and has spent 20 years in the New England restaurant industry\, much of it in Eastern Mediterranean kitchens. His personal connection to the culinary heritage of the region combined with two decades of professional cooking experience will help guide the series through the cuisines and cultures of North Africa\, the Middle East and the pre-Columbian Iberian Peninsula. \nEach class will explore a different culinary tradition before the group gathers to enjoy a meal together. Whether you love to cook or simply enjoy discovering new cultures\, you’ll leave with new recipes and a deeper appreciation for the diversity of Jewish life. \n2026–27 Schedule \nPLEASE NOTE: All classes are full.
