SUMMARY:3rd Annual Northern Nosh Jewish Food Festival
DESCRIPTION:BuyTickets Here! \n \nWe are seeking volunteers to help with food prep and for the event: \nPlease Volunteer For the Nosh!\n\nThe Northern Nosh is a collaborative project of Jewish organizations and individuals to share and celebrate Jewish food and culture. The festival is an intergenerational and family-friendly event.  Our 3rd Annual festival takes place on Sunday\, November 10\, 2024 from 11:15 am until 3:00 pm at Ohavi Zedek Synagogue (188 N Prospect St. Burlington\, VT). It will include a variety of Jewish foods lovingly made by our community members and professionals\, music for kids and adults\, kids crafts and other programs and activities.\n\nENJOY DELICIOUS FOOD!\n\nBuy food tickets to sample a wide variety of Jewish foods.\n\nA variety of Jewish groups will offer favorites such as rugelach\, matzo ball soup\, bourekas\, blintzes\, sweet or savory kugel\, beautifully braided challah\, spicy shakshuka\, crisp latkes\, jelly filled sufganiyot (donuts) and more! All food is prepared in kosher kitchens of selected organizations.\n\nTake part in a bagel tasting challenge!\n\nFood at this event will be kosher.\n\n11:15 am – Children’s Musician Evan of “Music at the Blissful”\n11: 45 am – Enjoy Traditional Foods\n1:00 pm – Dahg – Temple Sinai’s House Band\n2:00 pm – Yiddish Dance Workshop with KlezKanada\n1:30 and 3 pm – Babka Cooking Class with Valerie\nAll day – Kids’ Activities\n\nCanned Food Drive: Please bring a canned or dry food item to be donated to the food shelf.\n\nBuyTickets Here!
