DESCRIPTION:OZ’s annual group march in Burlington’s Pride Parade. \nOur group marchers will meet up at the Hood Plan Hood Plant area at 185 King Street starting at 11am\, prior to the noon march.  This year the festival village will be at Waterfront Park (not Battery Park!) \nPlease dress up\, bring noise makers\, signs and musical instruments…. and bring your energy to this celebration! \nPlease register here to help us know who is coming.\nAlso: Please join us at our innagural Vermont Pride Seder September 21! \n  \n*We are seeking volunteers to staff our table at the festival from noon until ‘closing’ (which is flexible). \n  \n

SUMMARY:The Lost Mural Public Reveal & Klezmer Concert
DESCRIPTION:The Friends of the Lost Mural and Ohavi Zedek invite the community to a celebration of the successful rescue\, relocation and full restoration of the 1910 Lost Mural.  Please join us for an in-person musical celebration on Tuesday\, June 28th with the Nisht Geferlach Klezmer Band at OZ from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. Come celebrate the fully restored Lost Mural with Yiddish music and dance!!\nThe event is free.  Donations can be made here in honor or in memory of friends and family for a community educational exhibit about the Lost Mural Project and Burlington’s Little Jerusalem neighborhood. \nAttendees are invited to register for the event\, but registration is optional. \n(We also are seeking 6 volunteers to help break-down event items and in the kitchen. DESCRIPTION:Our next singing event will be part of the Tikkun Leil Shavuot event June 4.\n\nSong lifts us up\, provides community\, nourishment\, joy\, revolution of the heart.\nWe are delighted and excited bring our singing community together. Our hope is to again gather and sing regularly.  We remain very open to input; we want to design the music we learn and share around what the group as a whole is most called to. \n\nWe will meet at Ohavi Zedek Synagogue’s yurt\nWe’ll establish a regular pattern that works for those who wish to be involved.\nWe will have tunes\, melodies\, songs!
