DESCRIPTION:Join Nina for an accessible\, welcoming yoga practice that uses movement and breath to cultivate strength\, awareness\, and well-being. No prior yoga experience is necessary\, and modifications are offered for all bodies. \nThis session will: \n\nEmphasize well-being before performance\nBe accessible to beginners\nBegin with connection and reflection before moving into the yoga practice\n\nAbout our Instructor\nNina Sklar is a certified Level I Iyengar Yoga teacher with four years of teaching experience. Her upbeat\, approachable classes use movement and breath to help students feel good\, quiet the mind\, and deepen awareness\, with modifications offered for a range of abilities. Nina currently shares yoga with the children of OZ’s Full Circle Preschool\, and we’re excited to welcome her as a teacher for adults in our community. \nSuggested Contribution\nTo make the class accessible to everyone while supporting the program\, we invite participants to choose the amount that best fits their circumstances: \n$5 – Community Rate – for those who would benefit from a reduced cost\n$10 – Standard Rate – the typical cost of attending\n$15 – Supporter Rate – helps make lower-cost participation possible for others\nNo one will be turned away because of cost. \nREGISTER HERE \nPlease note we will not hold yoga on the following dates:\nApr. 22 — Passover
