See this article for more information. \nJoin hosts Adele\, Lani and Mitch and a friendly friendly group of people that gathers periodically on Zoom or in person to enjoy the folkdances of Israel! \nWe mostly dance around a circle so no partner is required. DESCRIPTION:Gregory Gordon \nOZ Member and Board Vice President Mike Kanarick invites you to a Book Talk with his long-time friend\, author Gregory Gordon\, a former war crimes prosecutor and the first scholar with full access to Ferencz’s personal papers and Ferencz himself until his death in 2023 at the age of 103. Gordon has produced an expansive\, page-turning biography that uncovers incredible\, and previously unknown\, details about Ferencz’s remarkable life as one of the 20th century’s great warriors for justice\, from Nuremberg to the first trial of the International Criminal Court. Before his death\, Ferencz stated about Gordon’s book that it demonstrates “how persons of humble origins\, such as myself\, can work hard\, dedicate themselves to higher causes\, and make an important difference.” \nBook Talk will take place in the Main Sanctuary.
