Interfaith Family Conversations – December Dilemma or Delight
November 12, 2023 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This free event is the second in a series for people in interfaith families or relationships*. The goal is to create space for couples or individuals from interfaith families to connect, learn and support each other. This event is for Jewish and/or ‘adjacent’ individuals of any religious background.
We will meet Sunday, November 12 at 1:00 pm for a guided small group ‘check-in,’ followed by a facilitated discussion about the interfaith family experience. Our focus will be on the ‘December Dilemma or Delight’ – navigating the holidays for interfaith families… from challenging to awesome!
This program will be co-facilitated by Lynda Siegel, Rachel Jolly, Michael Schaal and Brett Smith.
We will work to provide childcare for those who register at least a week in advance.
*By interfaith families, we are referring to folks who are part of families or relationships in which one party is Jewish and another is not. This includes those in multi-heritage families. Those who are Jews by choice are welcome as well. We learn from a diverse set of participants!
