Each year our community comes together for a food drive to help those in need.
2023 marks our third annual drive, which will take place September 15th through September 29th.
The 2023 drive produced over 1,000 pounds of food donated to Feeding Chittenden!
Help collect food for Feeding Chittenden. Recycled plastic and cloth bags (small and large sizes) will be available for pick up at the synagogue during the Open House on September 10th and during Rosh Hashanah by the main entrance. Pick up a bag, fill the bag as best you can using the list stapled to the bag (or see the list on page 5 here), and return it to OZ by Yom Kippur on September 25th. If it is more convenient, please consider contributing a check payable to Feeding Chittenden. Last year we collected more than 450 pounds of food!
