Burlington Clergy are working together to offer an interfaith book group to build community and reflect on ways to respond to crisis with moral and faith-full clarity.
The Book: Nonviolence: The History of a Dangerous Idea by Mark Kurlansky

Where: Rotating between various congregations.
Who: Open to any who wish to participate in good faith.
Facilitated by: The host site will provide the facilitator for the session.
Why: As folks begin to discuss protest and other resistance actions, this program is meant to extend an invitation to ground our work in strategies and tactics of nonviolence (satyagraha), build relationships in order to collaborate in community support and mutual aid networks, and to inspire the development of nonviolent actions moving forward.
