An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Sunday, repeating until October 29, 2023
Please join us for two sessions of meditation practice and mindful Torah study, Sunday Oct 22 and Oct 29.
It may feel challenging for us to turn to Torah and prayer as we experience such turbulent emotions, but it’s the very presence of those emotions that make community and the three pillars of the world – Torah, Avodah (prayerful service), and acts of loving-kindness – more important than ever. We hope you will join us in this shared experience to regulate our nervous system, uplift our resilience, and tend to our breaking heart.
