Reflections on Being Jewish Today

Monday, September 21 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Between the morning and afternoon Yom Kippur services, we invite you to join us in the yurt for our third annual Reflections on Being Jewish Today conversation, led by Matt Vogel, Executive Director of UVM Hillel.

Yom Kippur invites us to reflect not only on our own lives, but also on the kind of Jewish community—and world—we hope to help create. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be Jewish today: where we find meaning, how our identities are evolving, the challenges we face, and the hopes we carry for the future.

Whether you’ve been part of Jewish life for decades or are still discovering your own path, we hope you’ll join us for this thoughtful and engaging conversation.

What Makes This Conversation Special

A Meaningful Pause
