Tisha B’Av Morning Service (In-person only)
Ohavi Zedek Synagogue 188 North Prospect Street, BurlingtonTisha B'Av shacharit is a solemn, mournful service. Unlike regular weekday mornings, we do not wear a tallit or tefillin during the service. The liturgy features the chanting of kinot (elegies) and a special Torah reading. In-person only.
Tisha B’Av Afternoon Service (In-person only)
Ohavi Zedek Synagogue 188 North Prospect Street, BurlingtonTisha B’Av minchah is unique in that we wear a tallit and tefillin. We also have a special Torah and Haftarah reading for fast days. We will conclude with ma’ariv and mourners kaddish. In-person only.
