ChaiLights – Making Rugelach in the Kitchen
October 30, 2022 @ 9:15 am - 10:30 am
FreeThis fall, OZ will be serving bagels, coffee and tea, with fun/social group experiences for adults!
This event is our first kitchen gathering. We will be making, tasting, and sharing several types of rugelach. This event is hosted by OZ’s board President Jeff Potash, in his self-described happy place: OZ’s kitchen. Meet at 9:15, we will be baking until about 10:30.
Background on the Series:
Beginning September 11th, ten weekly ChaiLights gatherings will give you a chance to learn a little, taste a little, share a little, maybe even schvitz (sweat!) a little while connecting with others.
Each gathering will start off with food and open conversation, followed by a unique experience that will engage and inspire, let us create and improve the world. This project’s vibe is fun, social and low-pressure, with activities lead by community volunteers. Its a great fit for Jews, Jewish-adjacent and those who are just curious.
Thanks to a program sponsor, individuals or couples who sign up by September 7th and attend at least 3 dates will receive a Hanukkah Kit (worth over $50) for free.
