Torah Study
Join us on Saturday mornings to examine midrash and medieval commentators and Hassidic text to uncover the many layers of meaning in the torah together. Participants are encouraged to bring their own torah commentaries to share.
Shabbat Morning Services
Our Shabbat morning service is traditional egalitarian with new melodies and kavannot (spiritual intentions) introduced and incorporated. Following services, we often host a Kiddush – a lunch donated by synagogue members or b mitzvah families, where all are welcome. Saturday morning services begin at 9:15 AM.
Family Shabbat Morning Service
Come and join us on this Shabbat journey through the Saturday morning service led by Naomi! We'll sing prayers and songs, get our bodies moving and learn about the weekly Torah portion by building our very own (temporary) mishkan! We'll join with the clergy led service at the end and then enjoy kiddush lunch together.
Jewish Belief with Rabbi Ariel
Join with R' Ariel in a weekly class and discussion on Jewish belief-- topics will include G-d, revelation, the covenant, interfaith relations, social justice, and living a life of Torah. We welcome all to join and delve into these topics (and more), all sources in English and no background needed!
